Abstract
Our goal of this project was to characterize a material then be able to produce custom lenses from this material. Ultimately we were able to obtain some results but could use further refining. We hope this project helps set up future experiments within the physics and engineering department involving lenses and building custom apparatuses that can change how we understand our world.
