Description

Vining 01 is a woodcut print created as part of an experimental process within my senior seminar body of work. Initially developed as a test print, this print explores the transformation of traditional Norwegian rosemaling through personal experiences and memories. The print developed through a multimedia process, beginning with a linoleum carved print, transforming through digital manipulation, and ultimately resolved as an engraved wood block used to produce the final print.
