Abstract
This 35:11 minute video is part 3 of an 8 part series of Brown Bag Lunches to discuss how to teach during the Fall Term 2020 amid the Covid-19 pandemic. The objectives for this workshop are:
- Explore assessment options that are effective for modified F2F instruction
- Discuss assessment options with colleagues
- Demonstrate use of chat to facilitate interaction on Zoom platform
Some tools and strategies shared at the end of the session included FlipGrid for video responses and instructor feedback, assessing speaking and music with a video tool called VideoAnt, having students create group artifacts, and providing some space and structure for students to discuss an exam before it starts.
